I decided to use Charmed Limousine Service/Dave after reading great reviews about this company for my daughter's 10th birthday celebration events during the Labor Day long weekend. I compared it with several other limo companies in the Bay Area (e.g., the year and make of the model, the interior look and ambience, the layout and features etc.) Dave was a fantastic driver and provided us with seamless and smooth services throughout the day of activities even though the locations were far apart and we ran late for some of our activities with a group of girls. But Dave was calm, accommodating, courteous, and experienced in navigating the situations and helped us catch up on our lost time along the way. His Chrysler 300 limo was clean, well maintained, had vibrant lights, convenient blue tooth connection for us play our Taylor Swift song list, offered high quality sound system, didn't mind the girls singing loudly, and provided great sparkling apple cider to the girls who loved the drink and asked for more! Our full day experience had been really great and his fees were also very reasonable compared to the other limo services. He showed me photos of the interior and exterior of the limo I was inquiring about. (The only company who did this). Even gave me advice on what to ask when renting a limousine. A day before, Dave checked in and and confirmed the date/time and pick up location. Day of reservation, I had to change our pick up location. Dave was very considerate. Her Ladyship and myself, requested transportation, to and from our wedding event, in Palo Alto. We were impressed with the professionalism and service . . . "K" it was just AWESOME!! With all the details of an upcoming wedding, invitations, rsvps, flowers, etc., which my participation was frowned upon, I stated, transportation, would be handled by me. They looked at me like I had rode into the room on a huge pink lobster. . . after much eye rolling, and some veiled threats I realized I had been given charge of Her Ladyships wedding transport and security. Limo arrived a few minutes ahead of time, which I will be eternally grateful for btw, and we were in, on our way, sipping a glass of champagne.We arrived right on time, and retrieved exactly the same way. One funny note, after we were dropped off, we headed for the place where the event was planned, only we were one door over . . .and it was locked up. We were able to get someone to come to the door . . . they almost fainted when we said we were the wedding party, they new nothing about and the bride was getting that "heads will roll" look, then all of us realized we needed to be one door over. Awesome! Dave only has one limo, which is pictured on Yelp. His white limo fits 6-7 people comfortably, and 8 people max. I can't imagine squeezing 9 people into the limo.... We decided to take a day off and headed down for a day in Monterey. It was pretty awesome because Dave's quote includes EVERYTHING--whereas other companies have all these surcharges. When we got into the limo, there was a bottle of nuts, a bottle of champagne, and water bottles.
