The setting in this spa is gorgeous, and relaxing at the same time. All the staff members I encountered were so friendly and down to earth. Having never been to a medispa, I wasn't sure what to expect and was a tad nervous that it would be an intimidating experience. I was so wrong! I had a consultation last week and was very impressed by the amount of time Lorraine spent with me, going over my concerns and then explaining what my options are. She also explained in great detail the whys behind the reasons for my options, which was very helpful. I never felt any pressure to make an immediate decision nor did I feel like anyone was "up-selling" to me. I had my appointment with Lorraine today and once again had a wonderful experience. I have been going to Charmed Medispa since 2018 and they have never disappointed me. I totally trust them for all facial needs. I use the ZO product line and absolutely love them. Shay is very helpful with her recommendations on the products. I am in the sun a lot in summer due to being an avid golfer so it is difficult to stay out of the sun. However the products have keep the sunspots to a minimum. The front office girls are very knowledgable as well. I have also had several services done by Loraine and have been very pleased. I love this place, they made me feel very safe, comfortable and confident. As a black women its hard to find a place that know how to deal with my type of skin without making it worse.
