We went twice, both to look for a new phone and switch onto my husband's phone plan. The staff are really friendly and energetic, especially for it being the end of the day. Both team members were very knowledgeable and helpful but also didn't put any pressure on us to get the more expensive models/plans or buy every odd and end in the store. I've loved U.S Cellular already for years, the plans have changed over time and all of our questions were answered. Very bright and clean store. It is nice that they do have a giant variety of phones for your price range; from a basic $8/month to a techy $60/month. Any cons? When we bought the phone, one of the newer expensive ones, they only had one in stock and since I needed it right away I had to get the only style they had....bummer. Also, it's frustrating that most phone/computer stores don't have many of the the actual phones on display to play around with. Who wants to look at a plastic cutout? I understand that they want to show off the newer, fancier camera phones but not everyone can afford those and people deserve to try the ones they can. It's able to provide all my internet needs. I haven't had any issues with speed. My internet was not connecting on a Saturday recently. I contacted them via FB messenger and received a reply within 15 minutes. They helped troubleshoot my issue and had internet within 45 minutes. Great customer service!!!
