We ended up getting a booster for our cell phones so we can make a call if necessary, however that doesn't always work either. We did get internet via satellite which has been great! I am checking into the phone through the same company and will probably go that route as I see no point in paying for a service that is below sub standard!

I'd have given a 5 star if they'd have just done that in the first place so I didn't have to make two trips to town! When I buy stuff from them I want it warrantied in that store. If I buy on line then I'll get my warranty there.
