I called 6 HVAC companies, and 5 of the companies wanted to bill me twice. All HVAC Services was the exception. The contactor is right next to the capacitor and it's an additional 5 minutes of labor. It didn't make sense to me that other companies wanted to charge me separately for labor and do 2x the bill. Ricardo (aka as Ricky) was more reasonable and only charged me a prorated labor rate (based on my scenario, your situation might be different). Ricky also spent time explaining how to DIY for the future if I pursue that route. He provided a lot of helpful tips that YouTube doesn't cover. Overall, this is probably the best HVAC company you can contact for your needs. Ricky came out the same day and provided great rates among the compared to the other 5companies. This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We moved into our rental and quickly…read morerealized the heating system was not working. Since then, they have sent out FIVE different technicians over the course of a month -- and the heat still does not work. The owner even paid $1,500 for a part that they said would "guarantee" the system would be fixed. That part was installed yesterday... and guess what? It's still not working. Now we're waiting yet again for someone else to come out and figure it out. To make matters worse, the technician who came yesterday told us it's the same issue as the FIRST technician said a month ago. Clearly there is zero communication between their team. On top of all of this, one of their technicians, Kevin, marked the job as "completed" in the system when it absolutely was not. When I called to check on the status, I was told the service was complete based on his report. Completely untrue. This has been unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable. If you value your time and want your issue actually resolved, I strongly recommend choosing another company. Run -- don't walk -- elsewhere.
