The staff are…read moreincredibly helpful and friendly, the place is beautifully decorated and the suites are just lovely, the food is excellent and fresh (including a daily salad bar), there is a lot of activities (its like a cruise ship :) and there is music several times a week, including singers/groups from "outside". I can't say enough good things about this place, how effectively it is managed by Adrienne West and her team, how beautifully decorated . . . and how I'm treated like family although I'm the "daughter". The care team was excellent and supported my mom well past the time other places might have suggested she go into a nursing home with her Alzheimers. And to add to that - I live in California and they were constantly in touch with me to keep me in touch with anything and everything going on with my mom, far beyond their responsibility as a retirement home - because its NOT a nursing home. I hope when the time comes for me - I find a place as spectacular as this, where as nice as it is . .. . the friendliness and genuine caring of the staff surpasses everything else.

They are caring, attentive and ensure the residents are as comfortable as possible. There are a few rotten apples on staff but overall they are fantastic. Overall this is the best LTC home where all rooms are private.

The staff is very friendly and caring and due to the language barrier, whenever they dont know what is bothering my mom they will call us so that we can talk with her and find out if there is anything that they can do to make her feel better. They always engage the residents in different activities, for instance, they decorate the Christmas tree together, draw, plant vegetables, hold music shows, paint vases, etc....
