This used to be a great place to "bank". I used to have my personal and business accounts here for…read moreyears and loved it. I'm not sure what happened but it sure went to hell in the past couple years. Their security is terrible. We travel the country and every time we used our card it was guaranteed a few days later there would be fraud. I had 6 cards in six months and they made me feel like the criminal. Actually the last time it happened I was told they wouldn't give my business account another card. I pulled my business account and moved it to another credit union and have had zero issues the past 5 months. Now my other half and I have a personal account left. Two weeks ago we were at a dealership and requested a wire transfer that was nearly 300,000.00. After 3 days the transfer was rejected because it was sent to the wrong place by CoVantage. It has been 9 days and the money is still not available in our account. They say it's in limbo in their system and they say they have no control over the system. They have tied up nearly 300,000.00 and can't tell us why and can't control their system. This should scare everyone! W have an appointment with our attorney money because if a credit union sends someone's money to the wrong place and they can't control what happens to your money, then at that point it is stolen money. Do your banking anywhere else and if someone says they are great then they have never moved money of a larger sum here. This is the same credit union that fired an employee that was snooping in my account with no reason. All I got was sorry for that. A GREAT PLACE THAT HAS BECOME A JOKE.
