There have been multiple occasions in the last few years when I've been charged an insufficient funds fee of $30 when I have, in fact, had more than enough funds to cover the bill in question. Usually this has happened when I've just been paid and the amount has shown up as being in my account when I logged onto the website, but somehow the money wasn't there when I paid whatever the bill was. This just happened to me again this week. And on both occasions when I inherited money after my parents died, they took an inordinate amount of time, several weeks, to release all the money from large checks I received. Do NOT do business with this institution. You're better off with a regular bank or some other credit union.
