She responded professionally and alerted the appropriate person. The manager greeted me, introduced herself and explained a customer swap due to expertise and then introduced me to the person who would open my account. Again all professional and friendly. BEST PART - Most favorable terms of all the banks I researched in Bradenton. Low amount needed to open and maintain the account. Online statements waives the $2 monthly fee. Plus free use of other ATM's as long as it's part of a network which they clearly explained. Very pleased with my initial experience and don't expect things to change.

The person on the phone (did not get her name) was very abrupt and stated that they do not service the ATM machines. I stated, that was not my question and if anyone had turned in my card. She again stated that they do not service the machines. Just thought it was bad customer service whether they service the machines or not.
