She responded professionally and alerted the appropriate person. The manager greeted me, introduced herself and explained a customer swap due to expertise and then introduced me to the person who would open my account. Again all professional and friendly. BEST PART - Most favorable terms of all the banks I researched in Bradenton. Low amount needed to open and maintain the account. Online statements waives the $2 monthly fee. Plus free use of other ATM's as long as it's part of a network which they clearly explained. Very pleased with my initial experience and don't expect things to change.

The person on the phone (did not get her name) was very abrupt and stated that they do not service the ATM machines. I stated, that was not my question and if anyone had turned in my card. Most banks can get you Euros, but it is a 3-5 business day wait for most banks (if they even offer the service at all). Besides Euros, they have English Pounds, Canadian dollars and other currencies. Blake went on to say, they go through these "precautionary measures" to everyone who isn't a member at their bank, but there were nothing wrong with the checks, I feel racially profiled when I come into this establishment just because I am black, there was a 15$ check cashing fee as well and I asked, "why is it 15$" and Kelly replied with "because we're offering you a service" a service of what? Giving me a hard time because of my skin color?, This is your job it's what you get paid to do, you weren't doing me a service you were doing your job, so in conclusion, stay away from this bank far-away, you might aswell cash your checks at Amscot, you'll save $ and won't feel like you're being racially profiled.
