They began to charge customers to use the previously free self serve coin for cash machine in the lobby. They promoted and provided me with a credit card and charged interest on my account WITHOUT informing me of any fees and rules. When I warned them my account was likely hacked they did nothing to inform me, prevent or restore $$ illegally withdrawn from my account. Although located close to my home their ATM is often closed without notice. Humans no longer answer CFCU phones. Most recently they announced customers must follow even more new excessive repetitive steps MINUS human help) to see their (interest free) accounts or be charged $6 if they do no comply. They ask questions and make conversation, but not so much that I feel they are being nosy, or if I were waiting in line I'd be annoyed, which, let's be honest, happens quite frequently. Many service workers will talk the SHIT out of a customer for whatever reason, leaving the line to swell and the anger to flourish. These tellers do NOT do that. Thank you! Also, I have the WORST memory when it comes to names, so I'm pretty positive that I have the name wrong, but the young lady with the glasses (Erin?) is ALWAYS super gregarious and legitimately brightens my day whenever I see her at the bank. While ALL of the tellers are amazing at this location, Erin stands above with a quiet ease that makes going to the bank (almost) enjoyable. Lastly, another person, whose name I do not recall, works behind the desk, and helped me out with my accounts. She remains nameless here, but her quick-acting talents are not forgotten.
