The drive thru is open until 6, and even though I always come thru right around closing time, the tellers are always very cheerful and helpful. Honestly I used to think of arvest as a kids Bank something you can just have a savings and a…read morechecking account and not much more but, at this point arvest has done more for me than any credit union could ever dream of. From this particular Branch I have gotten multiple personal loans. Every time I have an issue, some emergency comes up, I show up they say no problem and I'm out of there and under 30 minutes with all the money I needed. Literally no other bank would give me a loan for my wife's truck because they said it had "too many miles" (keep in mind my credit score is 801) I went to arvest and they said "are you sure that's all you need we can probably get a couple grand extra to help pay title in tax" these guys are awesome. As far as the assistant manager that is mentioned in the other review I've met everyone that works there and they have no problem conversing in a professional manner.
