For starters, he never would look up at me. He was too busy messing with something on his computer. And then when I started asking him questions about the business accounts he just handed me a pamphlet and said "read this". He made it very clear he did not want to deal with me at all. So the second day I returned to the bank and brought all the paperwork that they needed to set up an account. I set for roughly 30 minutes while this gentleman spoke to someone on his telephone. It did not sound at all Bank related, it sounded more like a personal call. And again he would never look at me or acknowledge I was there. Eventually another gentleman showed up and offered to help me since that guy had never gotten off of his telephone. I wasn't any more impressed with the second gentleman than I was the first. The second gentleman was a very young man and I really don't think he knows a whole lot about the banking business from speaking to him. He wasn't very helpful at all even though he did seem to want to try. I finally just gave up dealing with him and left the bank. After two bad experiences trying to set up a simple business account I do not believe I will go back to this Bank. I have decided that I will take my banking matters elsewhere. For the life of me, I cannot imagine putting someone who does not want to deal with customers in that kind of position, nor can I imagine putting someone inexperienced in that position.
