Whenever we had a credit card problem or dispute it was probably take care of with no problems. I might also I had that I've had personal credit ratings in the high seven and medium 800s for the last couple decades so that may have been why I got such good service.

I have had both personal and business accounts with them, and have refinanced with them. In the past week, PNC has done the following to me: 1. Reported negative information to the credit bureaus on a loan I had already paid off following a refinance they solicited; 2. Botched my Paycheck Protection Program by failing to provide my application to the SBA before funds were exhausted, and after creating a bug-riddled interface and application process that took me nearly five hours to complete; and 3. Without prior notice of any kind, closed my personal line of credit. I think my review is fairly self-evident.
