But when we had a problem with identity theft, the problems really showed. We have never been out of the country, barely leave Indiana(heck I don't even have a passport) and these yahoos were able to shop till they dropped!

In particular, Zo and Steph couldn't be bothered to find out exactly what was needed for me to close my mother's trust account. They kept insisting that her 3 accounts were not part of her trust estate even though I showed them legal documents to the contrary. Today was the SIXTH time I had to go in there and I was finally able to close ONE of the accounts. Steph still didn't have the documents and cashier's check ready (they refused to do a wire transfer), and I had to wait yet again. She said she had tried to leave a voice mail for me on Friday, but got a msg that said "voicemail not set up" which is simply not true. I've had the same phone number for 20 years! DONT EVER USE THIS MISERABLE EXCUSE FOR A BANK!

I guess they either get their mail by the pony express or are sending them overseas to be "received". not sure which but they have no concept of customer service or money . ilast month they also did not respond to my email inquiry, I had to call. this time I indicated I was filing a complaint and they decided first class mail takes 10-12 days for them.
