They kept insisting that her 3 accounts were not part of her trust estate even though I showed them legal documents to the contrary. Today was the SIXTH time I had to go in there and I was finally able to close ONE of the accounts. Steph still didn't have the documents and cashier's check ready (they refused to do a wire transfer), and I had to wait yet again. She said she had tried to leave a voice mail for me on Friday, but got a msg that said "voicemail not set up" which is simply not true. I've had the same phone number for 20 years! DONT EVER USE THIS MISERABLE EXCUSE FOR A BANK!
