I left Chase over a year ago following my wife to Bank of America. What a big mistake! The move was for convenience for the family, but ended up stressing. Let's just say she's the last one in the family still at Bank of America. I really missed all the military account I had with all the benefits no other bank could top. Now I'm back! Nigel who helped me get back in was such a huge help and was patient to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Just wished his boss would have stopped keep coming over to see how much longer he was going to be. That was annoying. I felt he was working at the speed I needed from him because I had questions and I wanted to make sure everything I was looking for and needed was addressed. He did that above and beyond which was awesome. I walked away content with everything set up the way I wanted. I'm going to enjoy conducting my banking needs again at Chase. read more

I tried to use the ATM inside the bank and it said, 'transaction denied.' So a woman behind the desk says, "can I help you?" and I show her the receipt and she says the ATM must be out of order. Really? That's your answer? She says I can wait to see a teller and the line was five deep. I asked if she could just help me and she says, "I don't deal with customers." Really? What the fuck are you doing working in the bank if you don't deal with customers. We're the only ones who walk into this place. Nobody wants to work anymore, No more customer service. This is the worst branch of Chase I have been to. I'm sitting here for over an hour to get something notarized. The staff is incompetent and there are only 2 notaries here. Shame on chase for understaffing yet another location. The manager has no idea what's going on she's clueless. Today I'm a little less proud to bank with Chase. I went inside because those ATM's allow you a larger variety of bills to choose when withdrawing cash. I brought one handiwipe just in case I needed it. I asked two of the employees standing in the lobby if they wipe down the screens after each use and they say that they did not. I asked it again because I couldn't believe it. She said that they should, but they don't. They don't even have a bottle of hand sanitizer at any of the machines. Another employee came over and he verified the same, they do not wipe the machines at all. I explained that there was a health crisis but they didn't seem to care. I'm so sorry that I opened my account here! Chase was recommended to me by some coworkers so I decided to open at this location. I'm not sure if it is ALL Chase banks but this location really sucks! Of course opening the account, they were all friendly and accommodating. Igor Goncalves, the rep that opened mine, gave me his card and said "if you have any questions or problems, do not hesitate to give me a call"...riiiiight.....it took numerous calls and emails on the first question I had. Took him about a week to contact me. Second time, which was 3 weeks ago....needless to say, I'm STILL waiting for a return call. It was a simple question. It was a simple call back, but he is now making it a BIG problem. I do customer service at my job. If I worked like that, I'd have been canned along time ago. This is pathetic. Luckily I only have to come to Chase once a month. Personally I don't bank with Chase, And after experiencing the truly awful customer service at this branch I don't think I ever will. Without fail every single time I've come to this branch there has been a 20 to 45 minute long line for the bank teller. And yes I said "teller" singular. Out of six teller desks, only one is ever open. Meanwhile other bank employees are sitting at their desks idle. I once asked if any of these people could assist with a simple bank transaction, and a woman who I assume is the bank supervisor told me they "don't have access". Several people have complained while I've been there and she has walked away or said that other bank tellers would be coming in in another half hour. I have been at this branch at several different times of the day and not once has there been more than one bank teller or even a short wait time. I'm not sure if this is a money-saving technique, but it reflects very poorly on the Chase as a banking institution when only one person in the entire building can handle simple banking transactions. Extremely rude. Walked in inquiring about opening a checking account at about 5:45 due to the fact that I work Monday through Friday from 8-6 and Saturday from 8-4. Tuesday is the only exception because I get off at 5:30. I rushed over there and made it in 15 minutes. The bankers took a couple of minutes before acknowledge me. When they finally acknowledge and sat me down I expressed that I wanted to open an account. Once aware of my service the banker scoffed in my face and proceeded to tell me that they close at 6, stating that I should've came an hour earlier. Once I expressed my reasoning behind Tuesday being my only day she just stared at me and finished with "well we close at 6, and I got to lock the door, soooo....". At that I got up and she was like "bye" with humor in her voice. Dissatisfied to the fullest and it left a disgusting taste for chase bank in my mouth. It's obvious they aren't concerned for their customers and future customers. I've never been dealt with so unaccordingly before. I'm in shock. I will be calling to speak with a supervisor tomorrow, while I'm at work, and I have plenty of time. read more
