There's convenient parking right by the front, and then an atm and cashiers to the right. There was no line and they got me sorted quickly and with kindness! It was a quick visit, but successful. A Double Review for Exceptional Customer Service…read more I had the pleasure of being assisted by Omar at the Capital One Delray location not once, but twice. The first time, I never received the email to leave a review, so I guess this is my double review because his customer service deserves to be recognized! During my first visit, the branch was extremely busy, and I had already been waiting for quite some time. Instead of simply telling me to continue waiting, Omar came out, acknowledged me, explained the reason for the delay, and even offered me tea while I waited. That small gesture made a big difference. What impressed me even more was how he assisted other customers. One gentleman was waiting for a service that wasn't even offered at that particular location. Omar came out, explained the situation, and helped him with what he could do instead saving that customer another 30 minutes of unnecessary waiting. That's the kind of initiative and awareness you don't see every day. Omar eventually assisted me as well, and I left feeling that my time and business were genuinely valued. Then, during my second visit, Omar greeted me, remembered my face, and once again provided excellent assistance with the ATM. The consistency was impressive. Omar, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for customers. Customer service at this level should never go unrecognized. That's as far as I got, since it was before hours, but it definitely felt nice to use the ATM while completely alone and not needing to worry about anyone 'sneaking up behind me.' The ATM was likewise simple to use. I use this bank, previously BB&T for me, because of the low monthly fees compared to other banks. I recently switched to an account with no fees, which I didn't know existed anymore for a physical bank. I am not an expert but being able to use the physical bank works for me.

I arrive five minutes late for my appointment, and the banker took another person ahead of me and I had to wait like a half an hour, then I got notice from the email that they were going to close my account because they didn't have my correct address Again, I had to go to a branch but this time I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The banker took me right away. He needed to see my ID I'm using the mobile app. It is very easy to use except when you make a bill payment, they don't deduct the money right away. It takes two days for it to show up as a deduction.
