Then it doesn't get turned back on without a long drawn out phone call, that mostly ends in the card still not working. This is a real issue when you're trying to buy diapers or groceries and get declined at checkout. I loved Family Horizons and within the last couple years that feeling has completely gone away.

Every time I stop here there is an unpleasant experience. My first thought told me to stop at forum instead but unfortunately this place is seconds from my home. So the unfortunate experience that I'm referring to today is that when I pulled up (drive through) at 10:43 a.m my transaction was very simple I was depositing cash. I sent cash along with my ID the clerk verify which account I wanted it deposit it in and he disappear. 10 minutes later I hit the button to call tell her there was no response I waited another 3 minutes hit the button to call tell her no response. I waited a few more minutes and I hit the call teller button at least five times in a row. A different clerk emerged asking how she could help me and I asked her if she would send my identification card as I had already use the app to verify that the money was deposited 10 minutes prior. She disappeared from the screen and she sent out my ID card with no receipt. I hit the call clerk button again there was never a response again. I went ahead and left because I could verify through my app that the money was deposited and there was a line forming behind me. Video camera of the teller area shows no one in sight, so I decide to pull through and go into the bank to see if someone is available to do a simple deposit. There are two "workers" in the bank - one is trying to explain to a woman why she doesn't want to take out a home equity loan to pay off her mortgage (and she doesn't get it) and the other is shooting the breeze with another "customer" talking about week-end plans. I wait for another 15 minutes in the lobby and no one even acknowledges my existence, so I leave. This is a new low in KeyBank's already miserable service, and at the first chance I get I will be "reserving an appointment" to close out all 5 of our family accounts and ditching this bank. I may not find anything better (seems like none of them remember customer service anymore) but it sure can't get any worse. Sorry KeyBank, but you missed the mark. Not everything can be done online with your apps, and when you can't speak to a human for 20 minutes that's the end of the line.
