No matter what we buy, no matter where we buy it, 9 times out of 10 our credit card gets shut off, I assume due to fraud behavior??? Then it doesn't get turned back on without a long drawn out phone call, that mostly ends in the card still not working. This is a real issue when you're trying to buy diapers or groceries and get declined at checkout. I loved Family Horizons and within the last couple years that feeling has completely gone away.

This time I only used the drive-through. They were very friendly. Welcomed to as soon as I drove up, took care of the transaction quickly, and sent me on my way. The only challenge to this bank is that you have to go in the same entrance that you go in for Starbucks and coming out at the wrong time can sometimes be a challenge with the line waiting for the Starbucks drive-through. However, most of the day that's not a problem at all.

The door was greeted at the door by the person I needed, he had a big smile on his face and was very friendly throughout the transaction. Since my company is a customer, they took care of it for me quickly and without charge. The ladies behind the counter, were also very friendly had big bright smiles on their faces and maintained very positive conversations with their customers. Went into this local small town bank and the tellers looked at me like I was going to rob the…read moreplace. They were not very friendly towards me. The manager finally came over to assist me after I had to wait about 10 minutes, even though there were no other customers. Maybe they were stalling me to get the police outside the building before helping me, I don't know, haha. But after talking to her for a few minutes and answering lots of her odd questions, I decided she was not going to be able to help me, and I needed to go to another bank. The only reason I went to this bank located on the intersection of US Hwy 40 and State Rd 9 was because I was already doing other business nearby. All this small town bank did for me was waste 30 minutes of my time. Too many other banks in the area that are always willing to help me, so I see no reason to ever go back here again.

My wife and I applied for a Heloc and our credit is over 720 and our yearly is over $100k but sadly because Marquette didn't listen and properly input our info she screwed up getting a Heloc. Once we originally applied she was very friendly and wanting whatever commission she could get but once that first day was done I couldn't get a hold of her through email or leaving messages at her new branch in Kroger. Almost two weeks later I finally tracked her down and she wanted nothing to do with us because she messed up and didn't want to tell us. Very poor customer service!! Moving over $300k in accounts away from 5/3 now.
