I hadn't ever seen it on the main drag, so I wasn't sure there was one. But sure enough, there it sits on 100 S (the road to Midway) and the lights from the ATM glowed brightly and beckoned me to make my withdrawal. If you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't just come across it. But it's a nice location, and 100 S is a busy enough road that it's probably a nice location for them. Plus Heber isn't so massive that there's anything anywhere in town that's too far away. I'm a long documented fan of MACU and it seems that their ever-expanding retails presence (and sharply appointed locations at that) has made me a bigger fan. The online stuff is great too--I'm just now starting to really get involved in all of that. Hello, 21st century!

She was wrong, my Wife has communicated with UCCU and they admitted that the employee was incorrect but they refuse to retract their report to the credit agencies.

I was asked where I got the money. My response was, "Why are you asking"? I'm just curious was the tellers response. After I tell the teller I am in a hurry he then asks, "What's your job"? Again, I respond, "Why are you asking"? I have been a customer for 24 years and I have never been asked this before. I finally got an assistant manager who came out and told me it is standard policy to ask questions. Fun times at Wells Fargo. Get prepared to get peppered with questions.

I can't log into the uccu mobile app because I don't remember my username or password. Can't recover it because I don't know my member number. Called asking for member number, they wont give it to me, they say its on the statement. I tell them I can't view the statement because I can't log in without my member number. I ask them if they can mail me a statement so I cant have my member number, they tell me they can't. I live on the east coast now, so I can't just swing by a branch. Speaking of that, getting a copy of my title to register my vehicle in New York(NY requires a copy even if you have a lien) was like pulling teeth. Very unhelpful in most cases. The only thing I've ever been able to get from them is a payoff amount.

Recently, I discovered that if your account goes negative more than twice within a six-month period, the bank will place extended holds on incoming deposits -- including verified payroll checks -- for up to 10-11 days. These are legitimate employer payroll checks with years of deposit history that previously cleared within 24-48 hours. Under this new policy, my deposit has now been held for six days with no ability to release the hold, despite the funds being verifiable and not an outgoing item. This policy creates significant hardship. Holding payroll funds for over a week increases the likelihood of additional overdraft fees and unnecessary financial strain. To make matters worse, it is nearly impossible to reach a local branch directly. Calls route to a centralized call center where representatives are unable to assist with hold releases. I was told there was "nothing they could do," even though I conduct over $130,000 in annual business through this bank. After more than a decade as a customer, this experience is extremely disappointing. I will be closing my account due to the deposit hold practices and lack of accessible customer service.
