Their account types were pretty easy to understand and the personal banker was very personable and explained each account very thoroughly. There was only 1 teller at the booth even though the line of customers was picking up. 2) The transaction process itself took too long - the 2nd teller, who finally decided to open her booth after seeing the pleasantries and transactions with the 1st teller were taking longer than usual, seemed to be especially amused by her own system's delay of booting up. 3) Overall, there seems to be no discernment nor any respect with the customers' precious time. You are at the mercy of the tellers' way of doing things. ...Considering there are plenty of other choices with banks - on the basis of customer service alone among other things - I earnestly admonish people to go to other banks than the Bank of America in this location.

Came in and the teller was great. There was an issue with driver license number and he quickly resolved. Great experience

Update 4/21/22: Todays visit was much better than last time…read more As soon as I came in I was greeted by that bank teller that I saw yesterday. I was greeted by Sherin, the Relationship Banker, immediately too and she took care of my wire transfer very easily. She even waived the fee for me, since I was getting different information from customer service and the other bank relationship manager I saw yesterday. We also chatted very comfortable and easily while she took care of my banking needs. I felt very valued today and will be coming back again. On 4/20/22 As soon as I came in I got ignored and passed over because of how short and young I look. Even though I have been waiting here for over 5 minutes none of the bank representatives have looked over at me or acknowledged me. The one banker that is here even gave me attitude when I asked her. Apparantly she assumed something about me by my appearance but as soon as the other banker, Camilo - who was the only one who acknowledged my presence there, told her I was a preferred member her attitude totally changed towards me. It shouldn't matter if you are a preferred member or not, each customer should be treated equally and properly.

A woman behind the counter tells me that the two bankers are busy and asked if I would like to visit another branch... that she would call them for me. What? I stated that I wasn't going to drive to another branch in traffic when I'm already at one, but she told me about the nearest locations... in the end I asked if I can just wait at this location because it sounded like she was trying to kick me out by explaining that opening a checking account takes 30-40 minutes, but she said sure. They have all the functionality of a full size branch, as far as I can tell. They even have extended hours -- they're open from 10-7 M-F! The sign up =========== Signing up is quick and painless: it took about 30 mins total to open joint checking and savings accounts from the comfort of private (quiet) offices inside the branch. When I left, I had online access all setup, our debit cards had been ordered, and we had a welcome kit folder explaining everything. Online access =========== Online access has been easy to setup and painless to use. We have setup rent and a few utilities and they have gotten paid on time. As you would expect. Debit card / ATM access ============== No problems using our debit card so far -- even for things like iTunes (which gave a credit union problems when we were with them). They even refund ATM fees every month! Branch customer service ==================== This is where is place really shines. I have been surprised to have associates recognize me on sight, call me by my name, and ask me how my family is doing (because they clearly remember me). What?! A bank filled with humans?
