The other reviewer is correct, Flagstar had great hours but with the economy in the tank they could not be sustained. PNC still has good coverage. There isn't any real 'window' where you could go up and pass your money through to a teller...as the 'teller' is now a computer! there are 2 large computers that will provide you with bills of any sort (if you are withdrawing $200, you no longer need to just receive 20s...you can get them in all types of denominations). But I literally waited for 15 minutes before I just decided to leave. The person in front of me was a commercial customer and needed change. The teller didn't have it to give so it took awhile. As I was leaving one of the customer service reps helped me with my PIN. I think he felt bad for me. But this out a sour taste in my mouth for going inside the bank... which I never do.
