I visited the branch to take care of a withdrawal this morning. Brendon helped me find out multiple new things about the recent changes. 1) my card was reported stolen and I must have another card somewhere at gone. After some investigation, it was related to me getting a new card, activating it and it auto closed the card I brought it. Glad that's sorted. 2) I can add my debit card to my Apple wallet and use the tap feature at any ATM. However, when I tried it at the ATM in the branch, it was giving issues as it thought it had fraudulent activity. Even after I confirmed it was me, it still didn't allow me to access the withdrawal. In the end, I still needed Brendon to help me at the counter. He later got manager Nate to help see what the issue with tap debit card was. Nate explained it takes up to 5mins for the response to be registered back to the bank to approve of transactions. I tried it out before I left and was able to get some quick cash. 3) Drive thru ATM $500 max cash out, outside of bank $1k, and inside branch when office is open $3K. I had no idea about the limits. Very glad I stopped in the branch to get everything updated. Brendon and Nate were very helpful. Also very happy to know I don't need to carry my debit card everywhere (not even applicable since I have no clue where it is right now). Thank you technology and apple wallet. read more

On Apr ,2025 $860 was fraudently withdrawn from my mom stolen ATM card. I filed a claim but was denied citing "same region" which was ridiculous. I told the customer service clerk to check the ATM cameras, and they will clearly see it wasn't me. All they said is they didn't know if the investigators did that. read more

Alert!! DO NOT REQUEST MEXICAN PESOS FROM THIS BRANCH. i purchased Mexican Pesos from this branch for an u[coming vacation and was ASKED if I wanted large or small bills, I asked for small bills to be able to tip the service staff. I was sent nothing but large bills (100 & 200 denominations), I was told that was all they had. I was also told to look around for an exchange currency that may be able to exchange them. I called several exchange currency store and was told it was against the law to do that. I called my Chase branch and told them I wanted to take them back, they said ok, but if the rate I paid was different I would only get the the current rate (which changes daily) and it was possible I would take a loss. too bad so sad for me as a Chase Customer. I had been a private client for jp morgan chase bank but I had no memory that they were ever helpful in service. Every time I go there, there was waiting in line, some staffs are nice and some staffs are rude. They supposed to provide documents for closed accounts for seven years but they take extra time until you submit official complaint. And I came to know that they filed a lawsuit against Tesla and Elon Musk. For what? To get the reputation? Common! let alone the most innovative and disruptove company and let them thrive and change the world and can you spend money and time to improve your own service? Comapared to city bank, staffs are rude. Compared to wellsfargo, service is not quick and smooth. Compared to many fintech, the kind of available product is old. This location is great because it has multiple drive-thru ATMs for your banking purposes. I really hate actually going into the bank, so this is extremely convenient since I don't have to get out of the car to make deposits. Downside of these ATMs? My little car is low and I have to really reach to do my transactions. I just usually sit on my knees on the seat, looks funny- but it gets the job done. read more

This branch is completely unprofessional. My wife and I had a payroll check held from us for an additional business day. We moved in to our new place down the street and spent everything we had on deposit, rent, furniture etc. We needed our money to get groceries for our family. We called the 800 number and they said it would be available to us. We spoke to the manager and she accused us of lying about it. Why would we lie about trying to get our own money? I went on to explain we needed our money to get food. She said there was NOTHING she can do for us. I know that is not true because another branch helped me a while ago with the same issue. I was able to get at least $200 with management's discretion. After this incident, we will be closing both our accounts with Chase. read more

We have been a loyal customer for many years. Recently someone made a fraudulent purchase swiping my debit card at a Lowes in Burbank. I still don't know how they were able to use my card as I had it in my possession. Upon calling the Lowes we found out the thief somehow swiped our card at the store. My card has my business name and my personal name on it. The copy from the Lowes store only had my personal name on it. Somehow the thief was able to make a card. Anyway Chase after reviewing the case is refusing to reimburse me claiming I made the purchase even though I live an hour away from the Burbank Lowes and we called the Lowes 30 minutes after it happened. Needless to say I am very ticked. My trust of Chase Bank is now lost and I will be transferring my accounts to another bank. The actual employees at the store have been great. Today was my first time going to this branch of Chase Bank, and I can already say that it is the nicest one I have been to in Orange County! The building itself is quite large, and is nicely decorated with on the outside with large paintings. Inside the bank, there are a large amount if tellers and plenty of spaces to meet with personal bankers. They also offer complimentary coffee, like most branches do. One thing I really appreciate about this branch is that the ATMs are inside the building in the entrance way, rather than outside. I definitely feel more comfortable using ATMs inside because it feels more secure. Also, they have drive through ATMs which are very helpful when you are just passing through or in a hurry. read more

I went into this location to do something small with the banker. I immediately signed in to be helped and I was second on the list. 20 minutes when by with nobody around. I then approached someone working there that was bustling by and asked if there were any bankers helping costumers. He told me they were all on their lunch break except for one who was in the middle of a large transaction. This highly upset me mainly because they should have a note on the sign in sheet stating when they will return or have someone informing the costumers what is going on. Instead, it was a giant waste of a lot of people's time. I wouldn't recommend coming to this branch for the bankers. Just use the atms and not have to deal with the staff. read more

The circumstances are thus, I tally up my deposit at my office, prepare my deposit slip and go to this branch (closest to me), I hand the teller all cash and all checks, the teller then puts the cash through the automated counter and will occasionally (about once every 2-3 weeks) come back with an amount different than my own. Always a lower amount and always an amount divisible by $20. The teller then protest that I must have made a mistake and I must initial the deposit slip for the adjusted amount or cancel the deposit and leave with my deposit less the money claimed to be missing. This has been a persistent problem for 6 months costing me over $500 ($180 this week alone). I have removed all possibility for the problem to be on my end within my own organization, thus leaving only the bank to blame. read more

This Chase branch is very pleasant to visit - the staff are among the most professional and friendly I've met at any Chase branch, and the location itself is immaculately clean, large, and wide open with several teller windows so that there is almost never a line. There are also 2 drive-thru ATMs, several on the outside, as well as a few in the entryway. However, I opened a checking account per the recommendation of a representative at this branch, and discovered that several "perks" he listed didn't actually exist. I don't believe this dishonest employee is still at this Chase branch - I haven't seen him since. Several unexpected fees and a few confusing conversations with Chase telephone employees who speak only elementary English, and I unfortunately am forced to close my account. At least I'll be able to close it in the comfort of a very nice Chase branch. read more
