Chase is freezing accounts till you prove you're a US citizen. They're targeting immigrants who've complied with the law and their own polices. Only to freeze accounts later and demand proof. Even though you've opened the account under their own approved policies. How convenient they go after non native born citizens. read more

I give this location a 3 star due to the lack of customer service. I spoke over the phone with one of their bankers that honestly was extremely polite. When I showed up to the bank to handle my business that's when customer service went down hill. My check exceeded the cashing limits for when you don't have an account with them. Currently they are taking appointments which I have one for another day but wanted to handle a portion of my business today. Now I needed assistance and the 2 bankers were with other people. I watched one of them have a party sit off to the side that didn't have appointments and were at the teller window and needed help just like I did. The banker nicely had the individuals that were paying off a car take a seat and she would help them while she was on the phone as well. I asked could someone help me. The teller and banker said no cause their with people. I just needed to open an online account from a desktop that way I could deposit my funds. My issue is. I seen the bankers offer assistance & great customer service to the walk-ins . I didn't receive the same service. When there was no excuse that I couldn't. read more

We liked this Chase more than the other one for sure. I sat down to open an account here and it was pretty quick and easy. The girls working were nice. Probably the best branch in the area but not worthy of anymore stars than this yet. It's a fine bank but nothing was done to go above and beyond the service that I expect. read more

Came here as another location (Desert Inn and Durango) didn't have the sufficient staff to provide the service... This was previously a Washington Mutual location before it turned into a Chase. It has quite the .... different design than a normal bank.... Upon entry through the main double doors, you have the ATM to the left, a wall in front of you, and another set of doors to the right. After going through those doors, you have a huge wall leading you into a huge room. Bankers to the left, tellers to the right. According to the banker who helped me, this was the design of the previous WaMu. She described it as like a huge living room. xD I had came to Chase because I wanted to get the new Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card as its an amazing travel card (look it up !) As a currently holder of the Chase Freedom (5% CB quarterly) and Chase Sapphire Preferred, it was a great card to get and "replace" my Sapphire Preferred with. Process was seamless and quick. Apparently i was already pre-approved for the Sapphire Reserve so it was essentially quick print and sign and i was on my way. Banker stated card will arrive in about a week in a non-labeled white envelope. My friends had told me it arrived by UPS either overnight or within the next day or two, which it did. Super fast. Super easy. Time took here was less than the amount i waited at the other branch for someone to tell me they were "busy" and "understaffed" read more

Chase Bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I used to drive past this location a lot (Albertsons on the corner of W.Sahara and S. Fort Apache), and my ex-housemate used to bank at this location when it was still Wachovia. But our latest banking crisis lead to Wachovia being swallowed up by Chase, and now we have a bunch of these rebranded Chase locations around town. Before today, I have never been inside this location, so I can't say what exactly they did to the interior of the bank. But it does not even look like a bank, in the traditional way. Meaning no bulletproof barrier and counter separating you and the tellers. But there is still the counter with the deposit slips and courtesy pens to help you fill out your forms near the enterence. There is still the rope and stanchion to queue banking customers on a busy day (which it was not on my visit just 10 minutes ago). Anyway, I thought it is kind of refreshing how Chase is going out of their way to try and make the banking experience more personable (at least at this location in Summerlin). There are 3 tellers stations and one desk for the rep that is going to handle opening new accounts and what not. And all of it is situated inside a large room without partition (not including the one in the front that helps block out the sun and some of the heat, once you get past the small ATM room. I don't bank here currently, but I may have to occassionally drop by to make deposits into my parents account in the future. However I might down the road, seeing that there are hardly any HSBC locations in Las Vegas and the lines at Wells Fargo have always been crowded whenever I have to see a teller. read more

It would have been nice that if you were going to change your hours & close an hour early , that you would of put a courtesy note on your door like other stores have showing your new hours so your customers can see it & they don't waste a trip going up there ! I got there at 5 pm tonight just in time for me to see the girl lock the doors , when I thought I had till 6 pm since your considered an essential business ! I hate when I waste my time like this cause I have 50 million other things that I could've have taken care of, but this hiccup changed my direction ! Think about about your customers & their time cause we don't always have time to go online to see if you have your new hours posted somewhere . Dont have the time to look...... Service is quick, and the tellers are always polite and prompt. I especially love the blonde miss that closes most weeknights, she is super quick with our transactions, and I love how much time it saves me. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes on line. Now, they only have 1 ATM in the outside lobby, so prepare to wait on line if you go to this branch. read more

I absolutely love this branch! It makes me sad to read some of the reviews. There are some about the manager Chris that are absolutely false. I've found him very helpful and in no way rude. Sounds like some people were having a bad day and took it out on him on yelp. And Heidi helped me the other day with my account. I found her to be present and welcoming. And found her humor amusing. We came here on Saturday morning to open my son an account, very bad customer service and the branch manager Chris he was so RUDE & ARROGANT!! It's like we're at their mercy to put our money at their bank. He was yelling at me that it will be over an hour wait since they only have one banker right now while I was talking at the other teller and he was helping another customer?! It's not our fault your branch only has one banker that day & why is it the customers fault for that??Everyone inside the bank can here our conversation and his arrogance! Well, he even yelled he is the branch manager...I think he needs to polish his people skills and customer service skills!! First the banking industry is a rip off. I just left Chase where my doctor who overcharged me has an account. I have an account in another state. The bank just charged me $8 to cash the check from my physician. I also went to Citibank and cashed a commission check from Aetna. They charged now commission. The manager her, Christopher Beckner said all Banks charge this fee, which is incorrect. Citibank did not charge me. Bottemline Chase sucks as well as their staff was rude. I actually closed my account last month, as they were charging me $12 a month to keep my money there. Forget Chase. They are all crooks. read more

Convenient location right off Sahara but I only go to this branch when I absolutely MUST. I've only been here a handful of times and each time Kristin has assisted me. Each time she's acted like withdrawals and deposits are an inconvenience. She always has this look on her face like she hates her job. Today she was literally looking down at her nails while asking what I needed help with. When she speaks to me she is very condescending. I will never go to this branch again . I went in to open an account with my fiancé we were Helped by a woman named Heidi . She unfortunately was the most Passive aggressive person I have ever met. We were so uncomfortable. I was reading all of the fine print that I was signing and she actually said we can sit here and go through all that or you can just take my word. I would like to read all of the fine print obviously that I am signing. She proceeded to say she has seen the show I was in and said she liked my work if that's what I Call it . She then proceeded to ask more questions about being a performer and I was talking about having a Booker and she said oh you are a hooker in front of my fiancé. I said no I said booker she said oh I thought you said you are a hooker laughing. Completely inappropriate. She then was flirting with my fiancé and proceeded to hand him the card even though I was the one opening the account and said she can find help find himWork and proceeded to give him her email address.
