I came to this location and I wanted to open a new account. I already have an account joint with my husband and I wanted to open a sole account. The bank was empty. According to the teller they had to make an appointment. As I looked from left to right I didn't see any customer being serviced. I don't live in a state that has a Chase branch and they do not allow me to open an additional account online simply because Chase does not have a branch in Hawaii. When I do visit a state that has a Chase branch, that is when I need to do any changes to my account. In the amount of time, I stood waiting to book an appointment, my account could have been opened. I'm sure my request could have been handled. The branch manager or the older gentleman to the left of the tellers was free. Very frustrating day. I waited an hour and a half to speak to someone regarding a Series I bond issued to my son. They refused to cash due because he has not had his account opened for 12 months. This is not a Treasury requirement, but a bank decision. Even though he's been there for a few months, has direct deposit, and we have multiple forms of ID, the refused. Spoke to JB Marketing manager of some sort who said there are no overrides available and told me to call around to other banks. I guess I will do that and see if they want a new client. read more

Chase bank has a very unsafe feature at their atm. Your bank card sits outside the atm for any one to snatch. But on this day to my surprise while requesting $140.00. I received a one hundred dollar bill and 8 $5 bills. Approaching Christmas I think they were running out of green but I really liked getting fives, who knew!!! read more

Chase is a good bank but being a private client from another state I just didn't love it here. I moved to Vegas from out of town and already have a Chase account but wanted another one especially knowing the local people in the bank. When I walked in, I was told it would be 2 hours before anyone could sit down with me and they'd take my name and number. I did that but decided to sit and wait for 20 minutes and proceeded to watch everyone just sit around. I got up and went to another Chase. One would think there would be plenty of people in line after business hours because of the other shops in Boca Park, but I have yet to experience that. I understand banking with "big banks" and that there will always be good and bad customer experiences, so in general I have no problem with Chase or any of the services they provide. With that being said, if you need to use drive through banking (non-ATM) I would recommend another branch location as this particular location is the slowest drive up locations on the west side of Las Vegas time and again. read more

One of the few Chase locations which has a drive thru ATM. It is being somewhat annoying though, with its 800 per withdrawal limit and 1000 per day limits, also asking me security questions and shit, so only 4 stars for now. read more

Worse Chase I have been too. I walked in to ask to put my wife on my account. Was sitting in the waiting room and never was greeted. After 10 min I asked an associate who was getting water if there was a sign in sheet to be seen. He rolled his eyes and said someone will be with me. When finally pushed by a possible boss a lady came and ask if I needed help. I told her what I needed and told me she had an appointment in 15 minutes and proceeded to ask the man in the cubicle if he would take me. The man began to should he was busy very rudely to her and then she came back saying she had an appointment and I needed to come back later. Very rude. I had a good experience today. Even though I was a little stressed out I had a long stressful day adding to it a issue with my card. Michael B. Made it easy got me out of my funk and helped me out and fixed my issue. This never happens normally at banks. Chase has been amazing since I signed up with Morgan at the Sun City location. Morgan was extremely helpful too very nice helped me set up all my accounts and walked me through how to use the online services. This concerns Chase Credit Card department, not a specific branch. I recently paid my Chase card off in FULL. Then received a statement for .97 cents interest owed. REALLY! I contacted Chase and was told the .97 cents could NOT be waived. I had also paid off two other credit cards at the same time as Chase. Both of those card companies waived their interest fees. Chase says "we're here to help". Don't think so. I will not use my Chase card again. read more
