Is this my favorite location? No, but it's close to work. Note that this location is in the middle of a building so there are no drive up lanes. Parking is always a hassle in this plaza, unfortunately. Thankfully there are two ATMs in the entryway. Location is not especially well staffed or organized. If you're walking up to see a teller, you should be fine. But if you need to meet with a banker, there's a cute waiting area with seating (and wifi!) but no sign in sheet and seemingly no system for staff to check in on who has come in or why. The personal banker gave me incorrect information, that actually was against their own policy. I was provided a number and was told to call that department to see if I can reopen a closed account/ open a new one. I called from my car in the parking lot in front of the bank. When I called the number provided, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. But, He was confused why, I (the consumer) was calling, as per their policy, the number isn't intended for customers to call, but for bankers to call (internally). The phone banker apologized on behalf of chase and he went on to explained the process and policy. He also said that the banker should know this and shouldn't have provided me with the number, and again, Politely tried explaining that he didn't want to speak bad about an employee, but he said that this shouldn't have happened, and he doesn't know why it did- as it's apparently the bank absolutely should known better. In fact, the person on the phone actually recommended that I should go to a different location, or work with someone else. And I will do just that. While I felt I was m brushed off, In the in branch bakers defense, my guess is I went In about 20 minutes before they were closing on a Friday. I like giving people benefit of the doubt. since I called while I was in my car in front of the branch in the parking lot, while on the phone, i scurried back into the branch To inform the banker while I still had the person on the phone(speakerphone). Unfortunately, the banker didn't seemed surprised, and he just said in a matter of fact tone, he can schedule an appointment to meet with him next week (Tuesday at 2pm). I let him know im that would not work as I'm school teacher so that time wouldn't work. That's was that. As noted, it's difficult for me to make it during their business hours. So I tried going in the next day,m (Saturday) with my mother to see if I can be added on to her existing account. We arrived around after 1:15pm). To my dismay; it was the same (one and only) banker. He just said he had an appointment at 1:30pm, and then he's closed. I can try next week at 2 pm-- which again won't work. I understand, so no issue here. I just went to a different bank right after. And the service there was phenomenal, so maybe this was a blessing in disguise? Don't get me wrong, ive banked with chase for years, and overall m, i do think they are a good bank. I just will not be going back to this branch ever again. And that's it. Came in last Saturday morning 7/10/21 and was helped by the teller on the far left. I think the name plate said Nan and she was the nicest and sweetest woman ever. She greeted me the second I walked through the door and had such positive energy. She assisted me with a smile on her face the whole time. Her positive energy and customer service really stands out. The customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS at Chase even for private wealth clients. They offshore customer service to the Philippines and the agents there are completely incompetently and constantly lying about things like how ATM PINs work, and when you ask them to transfer you to the USA customer service they say they will but do not, and when you ask them to transfer you to supervisor they do not, or when you raise holy hell they transfer you to the Spanish line in the US, I guess as a form of retribution for having the audacity to ask to speak with someone domestic?? Another thing they do at Chase without telling you is when you open a checking account, they take 1-2 days to "process your ATM care request", and then 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to get you the card in the USPS. We all know the USPS is TERRIBLY UNRELIABLE and there is NO TRACKING. They claim that every single banking customer at Chase has this process (which I can't believe but if its true that is shocking), and if your card is lost they just start the whole process over and really could care less. Criminals steal things out of mail boxes all the time and there is nothing that you can do about it when you are a Chase customer. THAT IS HORRIBLE SLOPPY SERVICE. You can put hundreds of thousands of dollars into a new account and they will smile and shake your hand, and then you won't get a ATM card that allows you withdraw money for WEEKS. And they are ok with that. I am truly appalled but how pathetic their customer service is. They could absolutely express ship ATM cards with tracking but they choose not to because the PROFIT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO CHASE THAN THE SECURITY OF THEIR CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNTS. This branch is a joke. The manager is too lazy to do a currency conversion and sent me away because my check was not in English! Never in my life have i encountered this issue. The value of the check was not even a high amount . And the check was from Canada. Mocked my check because it said CENT which means one hundred in french. Not a penny! So rude. It's unfortunate that this is one of the only banks with tellers in the area but they are of zero help. To suggest coercion might be a little strong, but from the moment a new team of private client bankers took over the situation at this bank has cost me nearly $20,000. Based largely on aggressive practices and manipulation private banker Peter and his associate conned me into moving money into their "managed" account before the recent economic downturn. At first signs of trouble I tried to schedule a meeting only for Peter to cancel last minute. Citing his son's soccer schedule and then "the flu" as his reasons for avoiding my only off day he subsequently transferred my management to another Chase branch but did not provide the new individual with adequate means to access my accounts. Continuing the market downfall Peter has failed to answer questions via secure messages and emails, as well. read more

I used to bank with Chase right after the WAMU merger. I was not impressed. There were a lot of bank charges and although the personnel were friendly I never got the feeling they were looking out for my interests. That all changed recently when I opened a new account. The staff was even friendlier than I remembered, the fees have been reduced and nearly eliminated, they have upgraded to scanning checks through your phone for deposit, ATM card overdraft notice so you can cover the overdraft before being charged a fee, and eliminated deposit envelopes through the ATM. Sure there are still a few negatives such as the ATM doesn't give you a chance to pull back a check if a hold will be placed and I miss the custom atm cards at WF but overall I am very impressed with the new CHASE. read more

First off, this review is about the service of this branch and not a review on the overall banking operations of Chase. My girlfriend and I went in rather late before they closed to close an old account of hers. By the time one of the bankers was able to see us, it was already after hours so I felt badly but Vikram, the branch manager was happy to help. The whole process ended up being pretty involved but he helped us get everything figured out and really went that extra mile when he didn't have to. Ended up lasting almost 45 mins after they closed. Mind you this was to close an account too so they were technically losing a customer. I'm not easily impressed with the service of banks but this really stood out. I wasn't surprised to see some awards for this branch and this manager around the place. read more

If I need to sit down and talk to someone in the branch, this location and the one on Village Center are the ones I prefer. There is plenty of space and they have private dividers so other customers don't have to ability to be as nosy. The location is convenient. Wow- complete disregard for clients and the current pandemic. William Figueroa almost found it funny to not be helpful. He tells us what to bring in, them when he needs something else says to email it. So we wait even longer when he said this process would take 10 minutes. Maybe you should know what you need from clients to perform your job, explain this before the appointment. No customer service whatsoever. Twice now i have been ignored when trying to open new accounts for my kids. After waiting a long time to be taken care of I was told there are no bankers. How does a bank have no bankers? I went to another branch near my house at Warm Springs and Durango. I was told they were waiting for appointments, if they didnt show then I could be helped. Otherwise, come back next day. What happened to the days when you show up at a bank with money to open an account, you were treated respectfully and encouraged to open an account in their bank? It is a much more disturbing and serious review on Chase and their operations My elderly parents in Summerlin got ill so we needed to move them to the east coast I wheel chaired my Dad in with all the legal paperwork - Living Trust, PoA etc to Chase and we did everything Chase told us to do before we put him on a flight to NC (where Chase has no branches) we find out a few months later - the back office despite having scans of all the paperwork, processed it incorrectly and now say my wheel chaired elderly dad needs to come in to a branch, So the PoA etc is actually not applicable to my brother and I who are managing his affairs (and Mother until she passed) - the real doozy: Chase takes someone with my same name and gives us access to HIS account by accident. WOW. They had no clue until in my confusion I figured it out while working with a condescending Chase bank official. What does that say about their accuracy and checks and balances? There is no continuity on bank officers due to the high turnover...(ie they aren't your neighborhood bank) - and..there is more, they misspell my fathers name which means SS rejects the direct deposit so the checks are being forwarded back and forth through half the country So guess what happens when we call with my Dad on the line? The Chase support line rep just goes through a check list of questions and flow chart responses which means trying to fix this mess is all on us Chase is a 'too big to fail' international bank and got $B of taxpayer bailouts, the gross incompetence of their back office is very unsettling. I have waited 2 weeks for MY money and i have been struggling waiting for check. So i have basically been almost a month without a check and i had to borrow money to pay my bills. This is outrageous on the wait. Chase restricted my account and i was told that i could get my money 2 business days later. I went in and i was told that it was in closing and my money was going to be sent back to my employer. But the money hit my account, so i went in the next day to get my money and i was told that it has to fully close and they would send it by mail to me. It took 4 more days for it to close and now i was told it will take up to 10 business days to get to me. I have a lot of patience, but this is truly ridiculous.
