    This Bank is too old fashion for the importance of the clients needs indoor atm machines at least Two ! The interior space is not functional

    The people in the bank have been nice and attempt to help but whoever redesigned this banking…read moresystem with all the online hiccups needs to go. 3 months ago, we attempted to wire money to open an account elsewhere. Despite acknowledging via text and email that it was a verified transfer, they cancelled it. Then, THEY CLOSED activity on the account so everything BOUNCED without anyone advising us. We straightened all that out. It took over an hour. Last month, we applied for a credit card. Since we don't have cell phone and online service, we did it at the bank with the rep that knows us. She scanned our ID's and did all the work on her computer. We signed on the screen and received the card. We tried to activate it. DIDN'T work! Called today - 40 minutes on phone, mostly on hold, being told we need to send our ID's to verify the account. They don't have any of the stuff that was done in the bank. Really?? You sent us the card!! This bank wants the money from senior citizens who like to save but doesn't have any method of dealing with the tech free customer. I'm using my daughter's device for the complaint but I do personal banking in person and my phone is a landline. Capital One, if you want me to leave, I will. I picked you because you were local.

    The people that work at this location are horrible…read more Came in today to withdraw money from my checking account. Three tellers working and two were not helping customers and I was the only person on line but I still waited 5 minutes to be helped. When the teller finally acknowledged me, she told me the card reader was not working and made me wait to speak while she wrote something down on a notecard. She was behind a cage of plexiglass and asked me what I wanted - which I said was to withdraw $210 from my account. She asked me if I was cashing a check. I said no, withdrawing $210 from my account. She didn't appear to hear me, so I held up my id and card and repeated myself a third time. She asked me if I wanted the $210 "any particular way." Which wasn't a necessary question at all- my card had not been scanned and her drawer not opened yet- but I'm really polite so I answered - 2 hundred dollar bills and 1 ten dollar bill. The lady looked at me as if she was confused or could not hear me- so I repeated this again. She repeated back to me "Two hundred in tens?" I obviously was not going to be able to communicate with this woman without screaming in public, so I said "never mind" and left. I used the ATM outside and did not get the bills I needed. Wasted my time and made me late and angry and I did not get what I required because of garbage service. None of the 10 other bank employees sitting at their desks without customers addressed the issue. This location has sucked for decades it's like their putting in effort to be thoroughly awful. Do you know how hard it is to get me mad?
