We have had a checking account with Chase for a couple of decades because of all the bank mergers back in the day. Chase eventually just happened to buy out the local bank we were with at the time. The majority of our assets were always with USAA. Now we are looking at retirement and having done a lot of research, and with times being somewhat turbulent we decided we needed to seriously protect our assets. Matt Stole and Paul Matta are extraordinarily helpful. They listened to our needs, goals, comfort with risks and investment concerns. And they came up with suggestions that most benefited US. For example, I asked about a 529 college fund and Matt told me I needed to look at the ones offered by the State of NJ first because they were most likely going to be the most beneficial. After our meetings, they didn't lose our number. When the markets began to plunge due to "uncertainty", I called Matt about my spouses' employer 401K. He set up an immediate appointment to look at it and was able to make a suggestion that allows us to stabilize our investment until things calm down. We are very close to retirement. We don't have time to "rebuild" if the market devastates any of our nest eggs. These aren't Chase assets.... Yet! But because of the honesty and integrity that Matt Stole and Paul Matta have demonstrated in handling our money, we will definitely be moving that over when the time comes. read more

Skeleton crew of tellers and Managers always seems too busy to talk with you. I went to cash a check and they had the most horrible customer service One manager shunned us off and the other manager was completely rude. Along with their limits on checks that could be cashed. Never will I use this bank again and I recommend you don't either!!!!!! read more
