Multiple parties were involved in my landlord tenant matter which included the state (DCR)- (Department Of Civil Rights) he was keeping nobody up-to-date and every time he did text or call for 2 seconds he would promise you the world rush you off the phone scream at you that if you did not follow what he said he would recuse himself (Quit) and deliver nothing he'll make himself sound like he can walk on water. It's all a lie it's all for money. I got nothing for $1750 at one settlement meeting that he did have, I was thrown out of the room like I was two years old so he could talk to the owners of the building and their attorney.
