I finally got an answer from the Chase bank on Cobb Parkway, who did what this bank couldn't - look up the answer. The latest: Hubby dropped by to get an annuity form signed for Western & Southern to have funds deposited directly to our Chase account. After 30 minutes of back and forth, the bank staff told him they couldn't sign the form. He wasn't trying to take money out. It's a required form from Western & Southern to deposit money into the bank. They didn't bother to do the easy thing, call Western & Southern and check that this was a legitimate form. When we're in Cali part time, the Chase bank representative always signs the form. The staff clearly doesn't understand required annuity-for-deposit forms. If laziness is a trait for hire at this particular bank, the staff has it in spades. If it wasn't for the other two Chase Banks being top notch, hubby would have changed to a different bank by now.

I visited on a Tuesday afternoon about 1 PM I was able to walk right up and be served but more so I receive service with a smile :-). The customer service representative and myself talked about casinos and living in Georgia. I provided my name, the amount and the bank name to verify that it is the information that the member indeed sees on his in. I even stated his name that showed on my ended through zelle. The guy stated that he needed to verify with his bank that it wasn't a fraudulent activity which didn't make any sense to me. I recently finished remission treatments and living on disability is already difficult; the credit union and its member is making it hard for me to remain calm.

I have been a Regions customer for years and while, as most folks, do all my banking online or via the app, on occasion I need to swing into a branch for some assistance. My recent stop here to deposit a check was a simple and quick process from entry to exit. Ruby was the teller that assisted me and she was super nice and helpful! The whole process took about 3 minutes total. Overall, this bank is a solid branch and again I am happy to have one so convenient! If I need to hit the ATM or swing by a branch, this will be my first stop!

It's in its own standalone brick building sandwiched between the Cobb County government parking deck and Zion Baptist Church of Marietta. This BofA branch is open six days a week (closed Sundays) and offers services such as safe deposit boxes and drive-up tellers. It's got both drive-thru and walk-up ATMs. I like this branch. Both the building and parking lot are nice and spacious, the facilities and ATMs are generally in good condition, the neighborhood is safe, and the bank is easy to get in and out of quickly. Up to five lanes can be used for drive-up teller services. There's only one drive-up ATM and one walk-up ATM. The walk-up ATM is located in front. I've never had any problems with this branch. It has never been crowded when I've gone. This is an A-OK BofA by me.
