Serious trust breach Mayfield Richmond branch. Transaction #00482. Made a very large deposit…read moreyesterday - I told the teller I wanted it deposited into my MONEY MARKET account. Later that evening I checked my balance on line and it was not showing like it normally does. At least I had my little paper receipt. Next morning the deposit was showing - in my CHECKING account, leaving that amount exposed and at risk! The bank itself advised me to open the money market account to protect large deposits and balances. I then transferred it to the proper account. Also, I should have been advised it would not be visible until the next morning. This is a serious error due to lack of attention to detail and reflects poorly on management. Can PNC be trusted with your money?

My opinion, it's not well situated, being on a hidden drive on the outer loop of Legacy Village. I would argue if one didn't already know it was here, or hadn't pulled it up in proximate locations, one would be hard pressed to find it. My complaint today is that the ATM, my reason for stopping, wasn't updated. I felt like I was going back in time stopping at this location, even in comparison to the bank's other branches that I know of. Maybe that lack of investment speaks to the future of this location.

They charged me $36.00 and sent the payment back then and there. No chance to pay it on my own and at all, which I could have just transferred some money. They have no 24 hour grace. You get charged overdraft fees as soon as it hits. The bank manager calls me in the middle of traffic the only reason why I answered is because I thought it was my daughter's school, similar number. I tell her I'm driving, she proceeds to talk anyway. Mind you I was on my way to visit my brother in the hospital. She tells me that she's calling so I can pay the bill that they sent back. It reminded me of a collection agency. I have never in my life had a bank call about an overdraft. I was kind of upset, the charge, it was a mistake and she was calling me and insisting I talk while I'm coming up cedar hill. That busy hill. Window is down can't hear her at all. So I was talking loud. She thought I was yelling at her and then said "I don't think this is going well, we're not communicating well." I told her, I'm in traffic I can't hear you. She still keeps talking. Needless to say I closed this account a month later after all of my business was done. No thanks. Went to a real bank. No 24 hour grace, $36.00 returned payment fee, and $36.00 overdraft fee in a matter of minutes. Didn't even have a chance to pay it.

Drive through teller machines are here as well. As of January 1st this branch will no longer be open on Sundays which is unfortunate, but their hours of 8-7 M-F are rather accommodating.
