I wish I could give no stars. I've been a customer of U.S. Bank for over 10 years. Recently they…read morelet two checks get cashed for a second time. The checks were first cashed over a year ago. They acknowledged to me over the phone that they don't have a system for detecting whether a check has already been cashed. Therefore, they stated that they would theoretically cash a check an unlimited number of times. I was shocked! I now have to file a fraud claim through them to get the money back from the checks that they let go through twice. It could take up to a month for me to be refunded the money from their mistake. Once this is resolved I'll close my account. I did file a complaint against them with the Federal Reserve.

It has all the usual banking services - CDs, money market, safe deposit boxes, ATMs, etc. Nowadays, I do my banking online and there website handles everything I desire.
