From branch managers, assistant branch managers, tellers everyone is always Great, professional, courteous and friendly. That said I have a huge issue with the corporate policy. Do you mean to tell me that because of Covid because I don't think any of this existed before Covid that it is OK to close the lobby at 4 o'clock?? I think this is outrageous as most people don't get back home until 5 o'clock, but at 4:05 when I want to go into the bank and take care of business, I can't because they say the lobby is closed. This is an unfair practice and I'm sure there are many other customers who do business with the Bank and like myself have quite a bit invested in the bank that I can't do business in the lobby after 4 PM. It is outrageous when I wanna go into the bank and do a money transfer that even though there are people in the bank, I can't go into the bank and do this in the lobby. I'm forced to sit in my car. So I am calling out the corporate management of Jeff Bank and all of their branches in Sullivan County to reconsider, closing the lobby at 4 PM for certain activities. It is infuriating to me. although i am not commenting on liberty tax or dave bonne sr as an agent for liberty tax, he has…read moresold my husband and myself insurance from the same office. i have asked for my paperwork to be returned via email and thus far have not received. email provides the sender and receiver the best proof. and in todays environment of corona virus, postal mail is such a hassle and a possible transfer of germs. as per dave bonne sr and his functions at liberty tax, i have observed an overly busy office and i prefer to work with someone with a quieter setting. my life experiences have taught me for example not to use a drs office that is too busy, and in a way the job that dave sr is doing is that of a dr because of the serious nature of his work. to note i am not commenting on daves actual performance, as i am unaware of if it is good or bad and i have not used liberty tax at all so cannot comment on the franchise itself, other than to note they have many locations in the area and perhaps some of them may be less busy and may be a better choice. each person needs to make up their own mind. alternatively, if you do want to use dave bonne sr, i would ask for a longer appointment or ask him to see you on a sunday. i would then read all of my paperwork and go over it a few times with dave sr, making sure all is perfect.
