Both submitted claims to get everything released but it's going on day 5 and nothing. When I sold my house last year I had the same type of deposits with Bank of America for over 90k and it cleared 1/2 in a day and the rest in 3 days and this deposit with TD bank was for under 6k. Don't bank here if you don't want headaches.

From branch managers, assistant branch managers, tellers everyone is always Great, professional, courteous and friendly. That said I have a huge issue with the corporate policy. Do you mean to tell me that because of Covid because I don't think any of this existed before Covid that it is OK to close the lobby at 4 o'clock?? I think this is outrageous as most people don't get back home until 5 o'clock, but at 4:05 when I want to go into the bank and take care of business, I can't because they say the lobby is closed. This is an unfair practice and I'm sure there are many other customers who do business with the Bank and like myself have quite a bit invested in the bank that I can't do business in the lobby after 4 PM. It is outrageous when I wanna go into the bank and do a money transfer that even though there are people in the bank, I can't go into the bank and do this in the lobby. I'm forced to sit in my car. So I am calling out the corporate management of Jeff Bank and all of their branches in Sullivan County to reconsider, closing the lobby at 4 PM for certain activities. It is infuriating to me.
