I have three other banks that are closer to my house but I rather take the extra drive to come to this bank. The bankers here are really nice and helpful. Today Aaron the banker help me and he was extremely nice. He took care of all the questions that I had and made me feel really comfortable. Did I mention they have free coffee LOL! Leaving the drive thru window teller was very inconsiderate. It was very rude to clearly see that the wind was blowing and instead of having a paper weight to make sure a customers money or receipt didn't fly away. She proceeds to continue with the transaction and when given money through the box she had nothing holding it down, she comes back with the light receipt paper and sticks it in the box. Says here's your copy so before I can even grab it off in the wind it goes. Very carelessly she said oh did it fly away ‍ duh the wind is blowing what did you expect when you had nothing to keep it from flying out. Can you inform your employer to be a little more mindful with customers transaction through the in-person window when the winds are high no 1 wants or will try to hop out of their car to chase anything down the street. That could've been someone money or receipt that they needed. If working the windows 1hr 30 min before closing is too much maybe someone that's aware of things happening during some slight wind would safe a lot of helpful. read more

If you need help with something they messed up 3 times find different branch. They forgot to order my son's debit card 2 times, when he came they told him I have to come and now they are telling me I can do it. Deanna had an attitude from moment she was called to help. Just came out of Chase Bank at the Camino al Norte branch. The customer service was so horrible I will be closing all of my accounts.

This is the best bank in the whole wide world. They have all you can eat Chinese food. What else is better than this I bet no one can top this Chase Bank. They also have all you can drink (Water) it can't get better than this. Jk it's the same as every bank they really don't care about us as much to have all you can eta but they do have a sexy girl that walks you from the door to the window to get attended by the banker. I feel bad because I didn't tip her but maybe next time I'll bring some ones. Jk why would they ever have an escort at the bank, like I said it's the same as every other bank. They get 5 starts because they do their job very good. Every time is the same routine -I have to open 2 doors to walk in -stand in line for like 15 to 20 min -fill out a slip to tell them where I want my money deposited like if my card and pin doesn't give it up - I give them the money but they never trust me because they make me fill out a slip and she always counts it at the end . What's the point of me telling you the amount on the paper if you will end up counting it. - after 5 min the transaction is done It's been like this for years so they get 5 starts for always maintaining the same process. I come here because it's close to my house, but in comparison to otter branches, this one falls below the average star rating because there isn't much to their customer service. Don't expect an life changing experience, but I've never had any problems here. It really is strictly business for me here. The bank has a door after hours on foot where entry to the ATM is granted by using any valid debit/ATM card. Hi, The 3 employees that I have dealt with have been jerks to me by doing things like asking unnecessary questions, and making me repeat myself multiple times in what has seemed to be deliberate efforts to degrade me or to take my dignity from me. I have witnessed similar treatment of other customers as well, particularly an elderly gentleman who was being ordered around in a way that I painfully describe as inhumane. I do not like feeling like I have to be on guard and ready to fight everytime I enter a bank to do business with what should be respectful and respectable company representatives. I recommend that nobody use the Chase Bank branch on Camino al Norte in North Las Vegas, NV. I always liked this Chase but I like it even more now. They have added drive up banking and a ATM to the outside. You can still go inside and use one of the 2 ATMs inside but if you don't want to get out of your car they pull on around! The ATM is 24/7 and the teller is available during normal business hours. The bank is clean inside and the tellers have always been friendly towards me. It is conveniently located in the corner of a shopping center so stopping at the bank and running errands is a snap. read more

My mother had a horrible experience with this Chase bank. First, they have ONE employee to open bank accounts. Her appointment was moved three times because he scheduled her incorrectly, the third and last time they didn't even bother contacting her to let her know that her appointment had been cancelled. A teller also had the audacity to be rude to her and ask her why did she come to the bank if her appointment was canceled, no one contacted us to let us know! Worst banking experience ever. Walked in on 9/15 no signin sheet so waited in the lobby for a while. Apparently, greeting a customer is way to much to ask for. At 2:00PM a kid (named: Aaron Garcia) appears, takes the family before me and says to me, "Sir you have to leave, we close at 2.". I politely tell him I have been here 10 mins. He says, doesn't matter, we close at 2:00. I tell him, I am here to open an account. He says, we close at 2:00 you come in on Monday and make an appointment. Just awful service. FYI, if you walk into the Post office or DMV at 4:59 a min before they close, they will service your request but walk into a chase 10 mins prior to close and they will take you. Over all, this particular branch is ok. In regards to the assistant manager, Lourdes, she is awful. She just needed to take a few extra minutes with me and she would of saved me a world of trouble. Due to her lack of customer service, she did not contain the skills to effectively help me! Instead, I went to a branch down the street. I have my account and I went into the bank and made a deposit and it's working fine. I received my ATM card in the mail in three days like they said. Went into this bank wanting to break my 2 $100 dollar bills into smaller bills and they wouldn't do it because I didn't have an account there and they said the reason for this was for anti money laundering purposes and couldn't verify who I was. I then took out my wallet and handed them my Identification so they could verify who I was and they still wouldn't break my big bills down. I had the worst experience at this location. First of all, its Dec 1, you have to have more than one teller in the window. People are paying their rent and bills on the first of the month. And I waited 15 minutes to get helped....not 5 minutes like they claim. But the worst issue I had here was depositing money into a relative's account, in cash!!!! They said no that it had to be a money order, and it wouldn't be available until the next day. That's ridiculous!!! What kind of bank doesn't take cash. This branch is aweful. How can you advertise something and not follow through with it? I used to get charged some retarded monthly fee and come here and they reimburse me the fee and say they fixed the problem.. then the next month, i get charged the same fee, then the following month: same problem and so forth. This went on for about 5 months or so. The last time i went there, the manager was rude and refused to reimburse me the fee and said that it was my fault i got charged those fees and that It was wrong for them to reimburse me the fees in the first place and "shame on them for reimbursing you cuz they weren't supposed to..." (let me also state that SHE was that one that reimbursed my fees a few times). Well honey, if you would have fixed the problem 5 months ago, I wouldn't have to waste my precious time and gas to come here every month for the same ridiculous issue that shouldn't have existed in the first place. I left pissed off, and I wanted to call Chase's 1800 number and file a complaint, but decided to go to another branch thats on Craig rd... and guess what! They fixed it right then and there and never had an issue since. They also politely reimbursed me and repeatedly apologized for the way i was treated at this branch. Really bad experience and customer service. I setup up and made an appointment over the phone to pick up an auto loan check and to just sign a few papers. Something that they told us over the phone was suppose to take 20-30 min cause they were going to have everything ready for us when we got their took 2 hours!! So when I get there, they had no idea that I was coming. They had nothing ready for me. I was even about to leave cause I thought that I had came to the wrong bank until in the last minute they said that it was there. The lady helping us was Euginia C. Lewis (Gena) she locks herself out of her own computer and tells us that they're going to have to reschedule our appointment. By that time it's been like 30 min already. Then she figures out how to get our documents printed...(the ones that were already suppose to be ready for us before we got there) another 30 min go by and finally they have the check ready. She brings the check them said that they forgot to stamp it. Another 30 min go by just for a damn stamp. NOT ONE SORRY WE GET FROM HER!! Overall really bad customer service and experience.
