I have been banking with Chase for over 15 years. Got me In quick for a name change with no appointment scheduled. Great staff!

Went to the Wells Fargo in Oro Valley AZ on Oracle Rd to have a document notarized. I waited in…read morethe teller line to be told I would have to wait elsewhere until the tellers were finished with everyone else in line before one could help me. I questioned this but got nowhere with the manager Dwayne. A teller finally came over to attempt to help me. Ms Shippley took my DL and filled out the notary book that I was required to sign indicating they provided a free notary service to me. She had me sign the document I needed notarized. Only THEN did she look at the document and proceed to tell me she wouldn't notarize it. First of all, why did I have to get out of the teller line? My transaction didn't take long at all especially compared to the man at a teller window depositing a plastic bag full of money. His transaction took at least ten minutes. Second, why wouldn't one look at the document before proceeding to filling out the notary book and having me sign the document. The whole experience was a waste of time and very frustrating. I relayed the interaction to my husband. Needless to say he was very unhappy. We have been unhappy with and thinking of dumping Wells Fargo for a while now. We are going to move our direct deposit to another bank and close our account. Good riddance Wells Fargo.

I recently had 3 poor experiences with them prior to closing my accounts. 1st bad experience; I wrote a check for $7400 with a balance of $19 000 in the account, the bank refused to honor the check when presented. 2nd bad experience; a retailer debited a credited card twice for the same transaction. I contacted the bank to correct the accident. The bank instead cancelled my card causing auto payment disreuptions. 3rd bad experirnce; While in Washington State I visited a branch to have a document notarized. The bank's notary was setting idelly at her desk doing nothing and rudely refused to notarize my doc because I had not made a prior appointment. I am done with Bank of America after 35 years.

I love this Brach in Oro Valley!!! I've driven to this bank (OV) when I needed help in the past as well (it's about 7 mins farther from my house-well worth the drive). Lesson learned I need to stop going to the BofA bank at Ina/La Cholla. Those Employees are rude, unhelpful, and definitely not knowledgeable. Perfect example of why they should shut this branch down and only have ATM's here. I was told not only by the teller and Branch manager Tahan that they can't do anything but deposit a check and give cash. Anything else you need to call the 1-800 number (or apparently go to another branch with Knowledgeable employees!)
