I grew up around this area and my mom have banked with location for years.. back when it was BankONE. So that gives you perspective of how long it's been. I walked in and was not greeted nor asked if I need assistance. I needed to speak with a banker so it's not like I could have went up to a teller or the kiosks. So I stood around for a few mins then the person that was standing around finally came around. I came in here while running errands with my mom and all I have to say is RUDE. I'm typing this as I sit here waiting. They said it'll be at least a 40 min wait because all the bankers are busy at the moment. There is 3 bankers in for the day and I see 1 banker with customers and one said he is going on lunch and the other is sitting at a computer... not sure what he's are doing but I'm here waiting and waiting! The one banker that said he's going to lunch is now helping someone else at the kiosks near the entrance. Kudos to him for not going to lunch to continuously help walk in customers, but he couldn't have helped me w/ my issue. So still waiting while the one banker seemingly to be hanging out on a computer and the customer that was sitting w/ the other banker had left. I sound kind of whiny but it sounds like they are trying to discourage people from seeing a banker. So UPDATE... we sat down w/ a banker, ill give them that it was less than a 40 minute wait. But the banker was extremely rude, it seems like that is the norm for this location. My mom's english is limited so I was trying to explain to her what the banker said.. but he kept interrupting me while I was translating for mom!! EVERYTIME I try to explain something to my mom, he would interrupt like I wasn't speaking to my mother; to a point where I said can you hold on. And he repeatedly referred to my mom by the wrong name. And that is after he asked for ID verification. So can you not take two seconds to look at the name of the person's ID that you asked for, "for security purposes"!! Real secure here! After everything was done, as we go to leave my mom says thank you to this rude banker.. and he says you're welcome while staring at a computer screen. Simply put, when someone says thank you and you respond.. you look back at the person especially when you're at a professional setting. Get that I don't really go see bankers often but it shouldn't feel like I was an inconvenience to his day at work. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! read more

Condescending Robots. I am moving out of state because I was accepted to the school of my dreams. So I had to say goodbye to my lovely car and put it up for sale to collect funds to put toward a mortgage. The loveliest lady you'll ever meet took interest! Cherry on top is that she was also a Chase customer and had all her accounts with Chase(for years). This will be a breeze... we thought. So, she collects her documents and drives down from Oak Creek (if you're from AZ you will know how long a drive that is) in order to meet me at the bank located near my work place during my lunch hour. It had to be done in person due to the large sum of money involved in the transaction. We had the misfortune of dealing with Michael at this branch location, a robot. When my lovely buyer asked if she could plug in her phone to charge, his response was: "This won't take long, but I'll plug it in." I cannot convey his tone or manner but it was unpleasant. Just plug it in man! When we asked what our next steps were after the transaction from her account to my checking account to my auto loan account was done his response was: "Once the car is paid we have no further interest in it." Read between the lines: we have no further interest in YOU. Chase didn't set us up with a bill of sale, power of attorney, or expedite the title as is the process at other banking companies so that our lovely buyer could get her title the same or next day. He assured me the transaction went through and to 'simply' pay the difference owed (loan was more than what my buyer payed for the car) with a teller. The rest was for us to figure out. Done. It gets better! More than 48 hours later and the transaction hasn't posted! My robot banker is not only condescending but incompetent. I go to a different Chase and deal with a different banker as I had been monitoring my accounts and was seeing no movement/transfer of funds. She tells me there was no transaction done to my auto account for the amount I am inquiring about. Now my lovely buyer needs to get another permit through MVD AND she's on a fixed income, and I'm sure Michael sleeps soundly at night. Be careful of the ATM. We were unable to get cash from it twice and it debited our card both times.

Very busy location. Use the ATM here more than the branch. They have safety deposit boxes. Staff of these things are like a revolving door. read more

after 30+ years with Chase Bank, I can say after this whole car accident ordeal I WILL NEVER BANK WITH CHASE AGAIN! My car was deemed totaled on 11/22 and insurance and chase agreed on payoff. However they never sent the title to my insurance comp and I was told we called the wrong department so nobody forwarded it. Here it is December 27th and Chase hasn't received the check, told me it was sent to the mortgage department and they can't call there 10 day pay off expires tomorrow for the second time , pay off goes up and they are lookin. I would give Chase Bank as a company is zero I open my account on Friday did to zelle transfers and then on the third transfer I try to do they froze my account called customer service two days in a row no one could help me had to go back into the branch to show my ID then I had to wait 20 minutes just for that person to get it on the phone to unlock my account worst company ever employees not their fault they were helpful especially Valerie with opening my account but I'm beyond I had to have an EKG because I was stressed out read more

Considered getting an account and was totally turned off by my experience. I will never get an account with chase. They charge you to cash your check despite them being the ones who back the check - if you don't have an account. If you try to open an account the teller can't tell you how much the fees are without a appointment with their sales reps. And if you want to meet with a rep, they are literally sitting at their desk with no one in front of them and too important to answer a 10 second question. I can only imagine the many ways they frustrate you if you're with them. No thanks. read more

This is one of these worst banks I've been too. Lobby was maybe half busy and no one greeted me when I walked in. Sign in to be helped out with my bank card. Patiently waited for about 40 minutes to not be helped not a single person popped their head out of their cubical, everyone was just on a computer; not on the phone and not helping the customer. Looked into refinancing my mortgage and was put in touch with Darren Storey. I was upfront and told him I was comparative shopping with my current lender. I even provided him with my lender's written quote before he made his offer. He assured me Chase would match that offer. After he reviewed the documents, he came back with an offer slightly above my lender's quote in total refi amount and monthly payments (EVEN WHEN you factor in his verbal assurance he would not charge the loan discount points he offered to get the quote close, which become significant over the life of the mortgage). After I told Mr. Storey I was not going with his higher offer, he THEN came back with a better offer...only a day late and a dollar short! After I pointed out this new offer should've been provided first, especially since he had the competitor's quote before generating his, he advised he has 21 years of experience and pays great attention to detail. Apparently ensuring you quote matches a competitor's just isn't the detail he pays attention to. read more
