Not TD Bank, you have to call, speak with some fooland then nothing happens, nothing. I even visited the "bank", spent an hour with a young guy, who tried to resolve the mistake, their mistake and nothing resolved. Once it is fixed, if ever, I will cancel account and never deal with these people again. Avoid at all costs.

I went to the ATM several times a week to withdraw $400 at a time because that's all you can withdraw I have another bank in Illinois That all my checks go through so once I got the amount I went into the bank to have it sent to my account in Illinois. They went to the money I pulled out of there in the ATMs and said I can't take this 20. I said why. They said because it's Counterfeit. After that she got really condescending and rude. I took it for a while, but it kept getting worse and worse she kept getting more antagonizing. As my blood pressure started going up, I calmly said this came outta your ATM. It's not from me I'm not a criminal. I said you could check my statements from this bank and see I've been withdrawing $400 for several weeks. They took my name and address in my license treated me like I was the counterfeiter and I told them they should not be putting funny money in their ATM. They said they don't the feds do. So how in the hell did a movie prop bill Get put into their ATM. I'll take a picture of it so you can see. If I could give a -10 rating on this place I would. They treated me very poorly. I would've canceled all my accounts but they are in both mine and my wife's name. I need my wife with me to cancel the account. I almost put all my accounts together under this bank. Public beware this place is not working for you. Three reviews and all bad take a hint people. I put a picture of the bill in this report. They represent you as well as your establishment. I would encourage you to look at the security tape. I came in in a good mood. I'm easy to get along with hard to upset, but when I'm personally attacked, my defenses go up. I also forgot to put in there that the employee said I was secretly taking employees pictures. I had to turn my phone around and show her. I was texting my wife about my awful experience. I had a conversation with the police officer, and I told him what she said she said that she could've had me arrested. The police officer laughed and said everyone gets their picture taken thousands of times a day. I'm so sorry that I had to cancel my three accounts with your establishment. It's funny because that day I have chose your establishment to consolidate all of my accounts from all over the nation into your bank because I retired. They have messed up on deposits, they've treated me like I was not work their time on several occasions. One time they did not even know their own policies on depositing checks into your acct. MidFlorida is a people's bank/credit union. They're different from traditional banks for a reason. I love them all except THIS LOCATION. I dread having to use this branch. Train the staff at the ST LUCIE West location maybe? If you don't like your job, work somewhere else. And don't judge someone by the way they look.or if they walk in with work/paint clothes on.
