I am happy our loan is over and we no longer have to deal with this company. Not only do they loose payments that were signed for, they send out multiple late payment notices when checks have been cashed and posted. The reps at the Central Valley location were helpful, but any phone support is null. Managers and/or Financial Representatives never return calls.

I liked that, as i use TD but their ATM is outside, which in the cold can be hard. A con is that the ATM was a little slow to load, but it could be doing things like vertifying that it is real money or checks. It was very easy to deposit money using the atm. My mom would definitely be back!

But I think it's more the first. Most banks want your money, and your time is irrelevant. But at this Chase I'm in and out before I have time to properly fill out a deposit slip. Went here on Wednesday July 23rd 2025 to deposit some more cash. Used the ATM outside first, to…read moredeposit cash. Depositing cash was easy and went well. Then i went inside and deposited more money with a teller. First filled out a deposit slip, and there was no line. Went to the teller right away, and they deposited my cash right away too. Always a pleasure with the teller. Highly recommend TD for your banking needs!
