He still made sure that other customers were also taken care of, but Wesley didn't let us down, and we finally got the situation resolved, and our principal note balance went down $3,000-. I am a 78-yo retired professional association executive, who will never, ever step foot in another Truist Bank. Even the branch manager, straight out of high school apparently was no better than her staff. Next stop for me after my last phone call with the branch manager is CORPORATE. The branch staff was so rude I started thinking I was in hostile trump country because sadly that's what Woodstock is.
