He still made sure that other customers were also taken care of, but Wesley didn't let us down, and we finally got the situation resolved, and our principal note balance went down $3,000-. Got higher limits, longer 0 interest and better rewards. We also moved our adolescent child's savings account to CVCU and she loves their kids Club program. I have not received my ATM card since 2023, and when I called after two years requesting a new one, I was told that "you or someone else set up a passcode on this account, and without it, we can't discuss the account." I never thought obtaining a replacement ATM card, which should have been sent to me two years ago, would be such a challenge. The only way I could get one is to visit their branches, which are slow or often closed before their closing time. Interestingly, I am the only account holder and never set up any codes on my account. Hearing such a comment only makes me more determined to move my money and business to a larger bank that recognizes and values customer respect and service. Do they not realize why their bank keeps on closing branches and downsizing? IT'S DUE TO THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and CARE.

My hearing is not 100%, but I did not appreciate the treatment I received from the bevi of giggly young clerks & one crab who lectured me like a school kid. I am a 78-yo retired professional association executive, who will never, ever step foot in another Truist Bank. Even the branch manager, straight out of high school apparently was no better than her staff. Next stop for me after my last phone call with the branch manager is CORPORATE. The branch staff was so rude I started thinking I was in hostile trump country because sadly that's what Woodstock is.
