Eddys completely lied saying they gave me "free services." Those "free services" was our agreement that they would fix the issues on the car upon purchase and I would take on any repairs after that. They ruined mine and my daughter's life never investigating any of our claims or reports allowing him to neglect and abuse us for over 18 months, they need to do a better job at notating people's files and stop allowing people to be neglected. My PE cost me more financial hardship than I ever have known in my entire life and I'm still trying to recover from that person being highly recommended by the SSA stating they've never had any complaints about them. I understand why now because they don't notate or investigate any complaints against a certain person because they know I'm personally very well. I'd say that's a major fail and against regulations, but to get this straightened out has been a nightmare, I wish I never had to deal with him personally because they don't do their jobs correctly as far as I'm concerned, these people are covering up a lot of rules and regulations that have been broke on their end. There's a wonderful/large children's section, there are lovely/large stained glass windows, and there are several areas filled with big/comfortable chairs. It's obvious that a lot of careful thought and planning went into this library.
