Another gem hidden away in the hereford countryside. Visit their website and you can arrange a tour around the distillery to see how all of the chase spirits are made. Lovely little farm that they've put a lot of effort into presenting well and great distillery which you can walk around as part of the tour. The tour will take you from start to finish through the process and at the end you will end up in the open bar area round the back with great views out across the farm where you can try any of the drinks that you may desire.
