David the project manager was very helpful and communicative about the project..My biggest concern was to get the roof off and have a rain storm but David assured me that they work in sections to prevent that. The day of the roof removal and installation a crew of 7 arrived and immediately went to work, these guys worked nonstop for 13 hours finishing the second floor roof and porch roof.It was super impressive. David checked the weather and had the crew delay the next day start for the first floor roof because of a rain storm in the morning..After the storm, the crew completed the job...I highly recommend this roofing company . Cameron got us an estimate almost immediately and was very good about promptly answering any questions we had. I was very happy with his service and the line of products and colors they offered. Since I'm a realtor, I was also happy to learn that they offer financing for those that might need it and delayed payment for Sellers whose homes are under contract that require a roof replacement prior to closing. Westfall was scheduling pretty far out. I expected that since they have such a good reputation and are so popular. But they ended up being able to complete the roof much sooner than expected. We were given a list of things to do to prep and protect our personal belongings around our home. Materials were delivered a day or two before. Then they carefully covered the areas close to our home with tarps before they started on our roof. By the end of the day, you never would have know anyone had completed such a large project that day. Everything was totally and completely cleaned up and we had a new roof in one day! A complimentary wind mitigation inspection was completed soon thereafter and so we are hoping for a future little discount on our homeowner's insurance. They are supposed to be a bonded, licensed and insured company, that have ignored my requests for action on these critical issues I have as a result of a very poor roofing job.
