Scheduling was easy, but I waited a whole month to be scheduled on a Saturday and had to give $25 deposit just to make the appointment. I was so excited to get my car re-tinted after having bubbles for a few years! However, I regret going to this place! Absolutely terrible tint job and customer service! When I walked in, I was not greeted, young guy up front, I was told to sign off on the work being performed and asked what tint I wanted. No background information was given on the different tints offered or different shades, luckily I knew what I wanted. After a 4.5 hour wait, my tint was completed. Right away I noticed bubbles on the back windshield. I was told that it was perfectly normal to give it 2-3 days to clear up. Days passed and I did notice some bubbles were gone, but some remained. The ones that remained I noticed particles in the bubbles. This is not okay! Hence, while we were waiting the waiting room shares were covered in ants and spider webs on the bottom of the chairs. Absolutely disgusting! They have no consideration for keeping things clean for the customer. I reached out to the shop to inform them about my findings, I then get a reply saying oh yeah, that's old film. Okay, so you knew that and you still proceeded to apply the new film on top. The same guy who worked on my tint said it is human error and the old tint was too difficult to remove. In addition, prior to this he also removed one of my custom decals on my rear window because he thought the tint was outside! This was a disappointment. However, I went ahead and scheduled for a re-tint because I did not pay $500 for crap work! When I went back the guy instantly asked for the keys, no apology nothing, and brings my car in the garage. Hour and a half goes by, the work is complete. Looks great! Guy walks off no apology , no good day just bye. So I got in my car, and instantly see a dirty rag in my front seat. Thought nothing of it. However, I did some shopping and when I opened my trunk for bags, to my dismay, all the items in my truck were soaking wet! Left over scraps of tints all scattered, there were even some scraps left in my back seat from when he tinted my back windows the first time I went. My blanket, stuffed figure, and folded up beach towel I put in my trunk DRY BEFORE the service was completely wet, this was used to clean up! Wreaked of windex and other chemicals. The same day I noticed more bubbles on my back windows, this is not okay! I just received a call from JUAN ownership and he said because waiver was signed it is okay to damage your property. They will also not redo tint jobs if they have bubbles in it even though it was their mess up. Though when I was sold he said it would nor be a problem. So basically he is refusing service on their own work because I complained. He argued with me on the phone the entire time. Save yourself a headache and pay a little more for better customer service and tint job! This company is a FRAUD. I will be contacting BBB and a laywer on this situation! :)
