Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

I was shocked when the owner tried to rip us off simply because we dressed up nicely. He assumed we had a lot of money. We informed him that the brakes needed replacement because the vehicle shook and vibrated badly when we braked on the highway. He falsely diagnosed the issue and claimed that the entire front suspension of the Audi needed to be replaced, with an estimate cost of almost $8,000. This garage was incredibly slow and took them all day to provide me with a quote on the necessary services. We were so frustrated that we walked out and went to a different garage. They listened to our concerns about the front suspension replacement and examined the vehicle. They determined that the front suspension was fine and that only the front brakes and calipers needed to be replaced. We paid the new shop $1,200, and the issue was resolved. The vehicle no longer shook or vibrated, and it drove very smoothly. The price difference between the two garages was staggering--$1,200 compared to $8,000. I strongly advise against taking your luxury vehicles to this garage. They lack the ability to test vehicles and are not loyal to their customers.

Summary: very nice and genuine staff, quality work, and affordable prices. Highly recommend. I went in to have my windows tinted. After getting prices from a few other places, Mark at Elite Audio offered me the lowest price by a substantial margin. He offered me two flavors of tint - lifetime warranty and non-lifetime and explained that if I wanted lifetime warranty it would cost a bit more. The price for lifetime warranty tint was still lower than the lowest I found anywhere else. I came in at the time I scheduled with Mark and left the car for a couple hours. I had some good chats with Mark and the staff. When my car was all done, I took a look at the work and was very happy to see a fine, detailed and well done job with the tint. The tech took his time and didn't rush the job. The final product came out looking fantastic. I was happy with my experience there and with the price I paid. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Going to be totally honest, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality from these guys. I shopped around like literally 10 different places and was getting straight scammed at other places. But not here. These guys were extremely professionally and flat out kept it straight with how much my new gear was gonna cost me. No extra fees or hidden costs. My car ended up getting the works. Brand new surround sound and a tint. My car looks and sounds 100x better than my homies who legit paid twice as much as me at other shops. If you don't wanna get hustled and screwed, this is the place to go. They'll keep it real and you will be satisfied. I recently visited this shop to update the speakers in my buddy's GTI, and the entire experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and made sure we were well-informed about our options. They even demoed how the car would sound with a subwoofer, and we were so impressed that we decided to add one along with the speakers. The final result was amazing, and we couldn't be happier! I've also had my Hummer H2's sound system upgraded here three years ago, which included a Sony touch screen head unit, a 5-channel amp, new speakers, tweeters, and a subwoofer. It's still running flawlessly, and I've had zero issues ever since. Elite Audio Installed a Viper Remote Start Alarm onto my truck, and I couldn't be anymore satisfied. Very good price compare to other shops who quoted me way more. When I asked his employees to remove the tint and requested a refund, the old man became angry, raised his voice, and said "ARE YOU HAPPY?" while refunding me. Very unprofessional behavior. One year later and my wife is smirking at me as she observes two large boxes (containing carbon fiber pieces for my car) being delivered onto our front porch. After securing the parts, I knew exactly who I would contact for installation services...Imperial Works! If you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I'm fond of their customer service and overall expertise. Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. Sometime next year (Lord willing) I plan on paying Imperial Works a visit to have my car vinyl wrapped in a color that closely resembles BMW's San Marino Blue (thank you Joe for patiently answering my silly questions pertaining to wraps)!
