I felt relaxed, cozy, and like I had a great workout here. The studio is on Main St in Auburn and there was plenty of parking available. The class itself was perfect. Melissa has a gentle, guiding voice that made for a relaxing vinyasa flow. She loves what she does and it shines through in the way she teaches. The classes are reasonably priced. During the opening month of September, classes are $10, and regular classes will be $16. I see myself getting the class pack this come winter when I won't be running and biking as much. I'm already excited to come back here for another vinyasa flow! If you're in the area, I highly recommend trying out this studio.
