The club has good selection of times, but you have to register early as space is very limited. They do this to ensure an optimal student to teacher ratio. In our case it was no more than three students per instructor. My only complaint is that I wished there was a follow on class for my kids. For example, after you complete minnow-1, you should be able to progress to minnow-2. Instead, the sequentially numbered class is for a different age group. The best you will have to do is be attentive to the instruction and practice with your child once classes are over. I highly recommend swimming classes for your children as soon as feasible, and I do so with heavy parent involvement (to get most from the classes).

Office manager Jerrica is professional, helpful, and responsive. Jerrica has helped correct billing issues where I was overcharged, and helped cover-up the errors made by the CSS owner. (Example, when the owner came out to my house to view my pool at the wrong time, the owner blamed Jerrica for messing up her schedule. I know this was not Jerrica's fault, but at no point did Jerrica blame the owner.) However, this one star review is a reflection of the company itself and its sketchy business practices, most recently an illegal breach of contract imposed by the owner. The Pool Partner contract does not have a termination date, but does have a 90-day clause for property managers to terminate. I received an email stating that my pool partner contract was going to be cancelled: An egregious violation of their terms stated in their agreement. When I pointed this out (with documentation, along with dates of other billing, and communication issues) the owner cancelled my baby's swim lessons effective immediately. I suspect she may have been offended because I bolded each time she was supposed to reach out (such as to provide a copy of CSS' Certificate of Insurance) and she did not respond back. Again I highly recommend the instructors, but sadly the owner has no business accumen which creates a headache to be a backup pool partner. Use the instructors, talk to the office manager, but beware of sketchy business practices.

I had to run in and pull him out of the water because his instructor's back was turned the majority of the class time to my son and another male student, only focused on one female student. The instructor put my son on the edge and when he could not pull himself out he fell in the water which was over his head. He is 3!! He could not touch and was under water. I ran in from the watching area, had to open a door and go inside and still made it to him faster than anyone in the pool. I asked for cameras to be reviewed so this does not happen to any other children but they said there are not cameras in that area. My son is now traumatized around water. If you have older ones who can touch then you might be okay here but if you have little ones run for their own safety!!!

The teachers are super sweet, great coaches and the little guy is progressing nicely. He is too young for competitive swimming but wants to do that in two years.
