When I visited…read moreTony hill 4 years ago I was greeted by a non friendly man who in no way made me feel comfortable or welcome. I received a large filling in my top molar tooth 2nd from the back and paid a hefty price for it too. 3 nights ago the whole filling ... yes the whole filling fell out of my tooth in a clean round ball causing a lot of pain on the way out. I phoned Tony Hill Dentist on the weekend (it was shut) left a message and received a return call today. "Jenny" the equally as unfriendly lady from the front desk rang and advised me (or ambushed the conversation before I had a chance to ask or explain) that it's not their problem the filling came out and it was done years ago and since I hadn't come back to him for treatment there is no cover for me what so ever. Then "Jenny" asked if I was in pain? My answer was yes there is a large hole through my entire tooth into my gum bearing flesh! Jenny's reply was: Well there is no available bookings here at the moment so I'm sorry we can't fit you in. My reply: Well that's great as I wouldn't return to Tony Hill dentist for this kind of treatment ever again and that I will documenting my experience. So here it is my experience... an unfriendly, non local, over priced and yes unforgettable bad experience at the dentist.
