We are the public and we do not work there but we are parents and our concerns are valid and should be addressed in a way that shows support. We do not know the procedures in the departments. I hope that the staff can learn to treat the public with respect and not brush us off. Maybe they feel that everyone in this community is struggling financially and deserves to be treated as less important than a parent in La jolla. I am a property owner and a tax payer of National City. My post has nothing to do with my children's school and the technology.. it has to do with the employees and their unwillingness to correspond politely with the parents/public. get a life Harvey
